We had a great time. The room was kept clean and available on the executive level. The service was friendly with a shuttle to the local mall. The location was ideal. The breakfast was great.

We didn't want to leave, this hotel is stunningly beautiful and exceptionally comfortable!!!

We would stay here again, greatly enjoyed its location. Impressive spotless rooms, they are provided with comfortable beds, the bathroom, weights.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was quiet, plus there was a wide range of tasty breakfast options to please everyone.

I like the fact that the hotel was clean and the staff was helpful.

I thought the room was a bit smaller than I expected, especially for the price.

The venue is reasonably large and fairly clean with a great value and courteous staff. The best thing is location - adjacent to the local mall, surrounding area and shopping centers, Florida. There is Moe's Southwest Grill serving quick meals 20 mins walk from the hotel. Make sure you stay in the king room with a comfortable bed and fridge, as for instance. The cost is US$ 254.

The room was incredibly clean and had a cozy bed, weights, and a nice bathroom, and the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options.

The local shuttle service provided by the Hotel is good and very important as restaurants etc are some distance from hotel.

Noisy air conditioning in room and externally made sleeping somewhat difficult.

Location, quick check-in and check-out

Room was outdated. Beds uncomfortable and sloppily made. AC system noise woke me up at night. No complimentary water. TV didn't work on some channels. Lots of hall light came under the door. Food at bar area was average at best, wings barely tolerable.

The hotel is outstanding in Orlando. The food and alcoholic drinks are excellent. The room I booked was great-sized, well-appointed, and had weights and a hot tub. The location is beautiful, near a shopping mall, supermarkets, and various stores and restaurants.

It was a pretty lobby.

AC did not work in room and would not accommodate us and no internet signal in room.

Staff was very friendly. Lady at the desk checked us in super quick i was very pleased with the customer service. The room was neat , clean and tidy

Only complain is that the price was a bit high and the tv did not work well. Most of the channels didn't work and the ones that did kept losing signal every 45- an hour.

Hilton is a famous name so we expected to have beautiful surroundings, which you did, wonderful entranceway, etc. That's what impressed us.

We didn't like the dining area. If we wanted to have a more "romantic" evening eating and talking it wasn't there. It was right next to a coffee/canteen type area. So we decided to eat elsewhere.

Location was convenient

The waitresses at restaurant for breakfast do not have the opportunity to provide much if any service and therefore earn any tips. The buffet had coffee (not great), water (somewhat warm), etc...out for us to drink so there was little they could offer if you chose the buffet. You need to be conscious of these people and their need to augment their wages with tips and provide them with opportunities to serve even your buffet customers.
